Creating the ideal leisure washroom
18th September 2019
With the trend for health and wellness showing no signs of slowing down, the demand for luxury, bespoke leisure spaces continues to increase.
We’re proud to have designed and installed a number of shower and changing facilities for luxury fitness clients in recent years, using a number of products we’ve created that offer the ideal solution for leisure washrooms designed to impress.
Lockers are arguably one of the most important features of a leisure changing area, putting customers at ease about the safety of their belongings while they take advantage of the facility.
And we know that each luxury leisure business will want lockers to complement the design of the rest of the shower and changing area, which is why we offer bespoke lockers that are as unique as our clients. Available in a wide range of materials, colours and shapes, our bespoke lockers can be specified by our clients according to their design and security requirements.
Gymbox in Ealing used our bespoke locker service to create these striking lockers, made from aluminium sides and doors faced in mild steel, with passivated yellow zinc electroplating to create an oil-slick effect.
We’re able to specify shower cubicles in a variety of materials, colours and finishes – making them the ideal option for a luxury leisure shower facility. While acrylic shower cubicles remain popular, we’re seeing more and more requests for a glass alternative such as our Luminoso glass shower cubicles.
These provided the perfect shower cubicles for Barry’s Bootcamp’s fourth branch in Victoria, London. The Luminoso glass shower stalls were installed in a saloon style with black finish ironmongery to complete the contemporary fitness chain’s sleek aesthetic.
No luxury fitness centre would be complete without a stylish vanity area, and our Arpeggio vanities come in a wide range of materials and styles that can be customised to fit your exact specification.
For state-of-the-art gym group Third Space’s City branch, we installed Arpeggio stone vanity units and Solid Surfacing make up units that perfectly complemented the changing area’s copper and stainless steel theme.
We also designed and installed the washroom area for Third Space’s Soho branch, where the Arpeggio stainless steel trough mirrors the facility’s trendy, minimalistic style.
