Working closely with Kier

16th March 2017

We’re proud to be working closely with Kier on a number exciting projects this year having successfully completed a stunning high specification install with Kier at 4 Longwalk in the thriving new Stockley Park development, just last year.

Parnell House – office and residential install

Parnell House, a mixed-use development in Victoria, is undergoing extensive improvement works as part of a wider regeneration programme to develop the area as it becomes one of central London’s most desirable locations. The project is a joint venture with Cre8 Joinery and will see us work on the offices from the ground floor right up to the sixth, plus the high-end residential flats on floors seven, eight and nine.

For the office levels, we’re installing our Concerto WC ducts in standard laminate in the North and South cores of the building. We’ll also be creating a cycle centre in the basement, complete with Marcato shower cubicles and washroom area as well as 50 flush front glass iLockers.

The second half of the project involves work to 14 high end flats where we’ll install Corian vanity tops and Corian panels as well as wardrobe units and mirror units in each flat.

Superloos at Gutter Lane and Cork Street

Meanwhile, we’re in the midst of an off-site build at 33 Gutter Lane and a high profile project for 9 Cork Street in Mayfair, both of which are due for completion this summer and involve the installation of new ‘superloos’.

The Gutter Lane ‘superloos’ will feature individual Corian sink units along with Corian Concerto duct panels and circular mirrors while each cubicle will be finished with an Alto toilet cubicle door in laminate with a recess veneer push plate. Over on Cork Street, the self-contained toilet cubicles, which we’ll be installing from the ground floor up to the fifth, include white Silestone vanity units and glass wall linings as well as 3D effect glass printed upstands. We’re also creating a new basement changing area for staff as part of this project.

Wexham Park Hospital

And it doesn’t stop there: we’re currently working at the maternity department at Wexham Park Hospital. The project, which is due to complete this autumn, will involve the manufacture and installation of high pressure laminate IPS units and solid grade laminate Concerto duct panelling for the ensuite facilities. We’re also working on a laminated reception desk design especially for the department.
