Our top three of 2023

21st December 2023

We’ve worked closely with our partner company, Cre8 Joinery Solutions to deliver a range of stunning new projects this year. Here’s our top three projects from the last 12 months to showcase how this year we’ve continued to be Cre8ive Together.

LSE

We started the year with the completion of a multifaceted project at London Stock Exchange HQ in the City of London which we completed within 14 weeks.

Our full turnkey division WeIntegr8 specialises in delivering complete fit-out packages to give contractors an effective single-source solution and on this particular project our WeIntegr8 team delivered a complete package of washroom works to provide new washrooms, vanity units, and all other ancillaries. The new washrooms also incorporated a separate area specifically for those who practice a purification ritual called Wudu before prayer, making sure the facilities are inclusive for all office staff.

We also provided a range of bespoke joinery throughout the building including decorative walls with signage, fabric covered wall panelling, decorative joinery units and circular break out pods for informal meetings. We also installed several new tea points as well as a new kitchen and seating facility for office staff to relax, eat and socialise during the working day.

Tooley Street

This was another highly bespoke office refurbishment project which includes an array of carefully sourced materials to create a truly unique space. We installed washrooms on levels one to five which feature self-enclosed Superloos, vanities and washroom accessories including bespoke anodised mirror surrounds plus bespoke anodised frames above the Concerto duct panels. We also completed work on the basement level with the delivery of bespoke benches and our Forza lockers for staff.

On the ground floor and entrance area the Cre8 team manufactured and installed the striking new concrete reception desk together with the feature reception wall panelling in Panbeton Shui concrete, Kvadrat seating area with leather straps and bespoke powder coated framework. Elsewhere in the building the team installed bespoke tea points with spray painted fronts, bespoke cabinets and lift fronts and outdoor planters.

199 Bishopsgate

And last but not least rounding off our trio of projects, is this recently completed vibrant office refurbishment on Bishopsgate in the heart of the City. This project showcases our extensive “End of Trip” range, providing beautifully designed facilities to suit those walking or cycling into the office as part of their daily commute. Here we installed showers, changing rooms, cubicles, towel drops, vanity areas, and storage facilities – all mindfully designed with the end user in mind.

Elsewhere in the building, the Cre8 team created a bespoke oak bar area with seating and custom lighting panels, the new reception desk which includes custom-made back-lit LED enamelled panels plus the wall surround panels with integral planters.

How do we do it?

We’re proud to be always pushing the boundaries and looking for new matierlas, techniques and ways of working, blending traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge design and production to surpass expectations.
