It’s official, 2019 was a record-breaking year!
4th February 2020
Our end of year results are in, and we can confirm that 2019 saw us achieve our highest ever turnover, following another incredibly successful year across the whole Washroom Group.
Not only was 2019 our eighteenth year of continual year of growth, it also marked our biggest single year-on-year increase in turnover being 30.5% higher than our previous 2018 record. Turnover this year was split almost equally between our washroom and joinery divisions for the first time too, with the team carrying out more projects with both joinery and washroom requirements in the last 12 months.
We’re proud of our future-focused approach, whether that’s keeping an eye on the latest trends and innovative materials to incorporate into our designs or investing in our staff and manufacturing facilities. It’s this approach, we believe, that has driven our consistent growth – and as a result, in the last decade our turnover has more than tripled overall.
As well as completing more projects than ever before, last year we undertook an extensive refurbishment programme to extend our factory and increase our manufacturing capability by around 20 per cent. As part of the extension project, we’re also in the process of creating brand-new offices at our HQ in Essex. Once complete later this year, it will provide plenty of workspace to house our 65 designers, project managers, and support staff – more than enough room for us to continue to grow at our current rate.
With more manufacturing space, new state-of-the-art machinery and new staff, along with our newly launched turnkey solutions division, WeIntegr8, we’re well placed to tackle even the most complex projects together with our joinery division, Cre8 Joinery Solutions, this year.
We’re aiming for an even bigger and better 2020 – keep an eye on our social media channels for all the latest news and project updates this year.
