New Bracken House project takes shape off-site

27th September 2017

We’ve just completed the construction of a full sized mock-up washroom for a prestigious central London office refurbishment.

New Bracken House Corian trough style vanity units and Tego

We created the mock-up to full scale and using the exact materials as specified for the iconic Grade II* listed New Bracken House project off-site at our factory in Essex. The team worked closely with McLaren Construction to ensure all elements of the design were perfect before installation on site commences in the next few weeks.

The new washrooms, which we’ll soon be installing on eight floors of the refurbished building, feature our popular Alto full height toilet cubicles in high gloss white laminate. We’ve also designed Concerto duct panels in the same high gloss white laminate for this project and will be installing all the ancillaries in the washrooms.

The bespoke Corian trough style vanity units are designed to deliver the contemporary, high specification feel to complement the rest of the building. The vanity units also feature Swiss Lamex metallic effect glass splashback panels behind the sinks for a completely bespoke finish, while our Tego hinged mirror system above completes the design.

Keep an eye on our social media channels for more photos of the project as we near completion.
