Parnell House, London

A mixed-use development in the Victoria area of London, Parnell House includes six levels of office accommodation, a staff cycle centre in the basement, and 14 high-end residential one, two and three-bedroomed apartments over the top three floors. It has recently been refurbished throughout to give it a contemporary new look and feel.

Together with our specialist joinery company, Cre8 Joinery Solutions, we upgraded the bathrooms in each apartment to match the building’s sleek new interior. We designed, manufactured and installed bespoke Corian vanity units and Corian wall panelling, both finished in a white marble effect, for each bathroom. With mirrored above-sink cabinets and additional storage inset within the wall panelling, the new bathrooms are practical and stylish in equal measure.

In each bedroom, we designed and installed white high gloss fitted wardrobes with floor to ceiling doors and designed with a mix of hanging space, shelving areas and drawer units, providing plenty of storage space.

Completing the project, we installed self-contained unisex superloos on each of the six office levels of the building as well as shower cubicles, benching, glass iLockers and bespoke Concrete vanities within the new staff cycle centre in the basement.
