One Curzon Street is a distinctive wedge-shaped building, located in the heart of London’s Mayfair district. Built in 1998 on the site of the old MI5 headquarters, it is today home to several businesses from the wealth management industry. The six storey building has been fitted out to an exceptional standard throughout to provide 215,000 square feet of Grade A commercial office space, built around a full height central atrium.

With such a prestigious location, which is arguably one of the best office addresses in London, it’s vital that the whole building, including the washrooms, is kept clean and up-to-date. The fact that our Washroom Refresh service allows us to carry out a full washroom refurb in just a few days with minimal disruption to office workers made it the ideal solution for this recent washroom refurbishment project at One Curzon Street.

As part of the project all the existing Alto full height toilet cubicle doors and partitions were wrapped using innovative architectural film in a dark slate grey textured ash veneer finish. As well as being more environmentally-friendly and quick to install, architectural film is also extremely hardwearing and durable so will further prolong the lifecycle of the toilet cubicles.

The sleek dark wood veneer finish is just one of more than one thousand different architectural films available to choose from. Faithful reproductions of wood, metal, marble, leather, stone all of which have the same texture as the material they replicate, add another dimension to any project.

We also designed, manufactured and installed our Arpeggio vanity units as part of the washroom refurbishment. The bespoke Corian vanity units were manufactured in the striking ‘Deep Anthracite’ colour with veneered panels below to match dark ash veneer of the newly refreshed toilet cubicles. With inset sinks and bespoke pull-out drawer units underneath the vanities which house the inset waste bins, combined with our Tego hinged mirror system above, the vanities provide plenty of practical hidden storage space.

Completing the project, the Washroom Refresh team also wrapped the lobby doors elsewhere in the office with hardwearing architectural film in a light grey colour for a clean and contemporary finish.
