50 Jermyn Street
We’ve delivered a high specification washroom refurbishment for a central London office, balancing practicality and style perfectly. Washroom installed new male and female washrooms throughout the building.
The imposing Portland Stone 1960s building on Jermyn Street in London has been completely refurbished in a project led by architects IMA to provide high quality modern office space and shared facilities including washrooms and meeting rooms.
Working closely with interior design and fit-out company Elev8 Interiors Ltd and drawing on our extensive expertise of high specification office refurbishments, we installed new male and female washrooms throughout the building.
The standout design feature is the innovative new Alavo integrated consumable unit from Dolphin Dispensers, combined with bespoke sloping white Corian trough vanities. Designed to save time, water, energy, soap, space and money, the modular system, which fits neatly behind a mirror, significantly reduces the client’s cleaning burden.
We also installed our full height flush front Alto Kristalla glass toilet cubicles, back painted in a bright white to match the Corian vanities and Concerto integrated duct panel system also featured in the design. Manufactured with 6mm glass to create a striking, high specification finish, our Alto Kristalla toilet cubicles feature a unique rebated edge design for a flush façade.
The compact Dolphin Alavo system neatly hides away all the essential consumables to keep the room clean and tidy while also delivering the sleek and contemporary look required – making the most of the limited space available to create a light, bright spacious washroom design.
